TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Your photo will be reviewed prior to posting and Aftermarket Auto Parts Alliance, Inc. (the "Alliance") expressly reserves the right to refuse to post any photo(s) at its discretion. Therefore, there is no guarantee that your photo will be posted. You grant to Alliance, its agents or assigns, the right and permission to publish, copyright and use your photo in advertising, trade or for any purpose, in which it may be included in whole or in part, composite or retouched in character or form. You permit the use of any printed material in connection with your photo. You acknowledge and agree that the Alliance intends to keep the photographs you submit to it in its photo library indefinitely. The Alliance may use your photo from time to time in connection with advertising, promotions, displays, or may publish it in any newspaper, newsletter, magazine, brochure or other publication, may display it on the Internet or use it for any other purpose.
You hereby relinquish any right that you may have to examine or approve the completed product or products or the advertising copy or printed material that may be used in conjunction therewith or the use to which it may be applied. You hereby release, discharge and agree to save harmless the Alliance, and all persons functioning under the Alliance's permission or authority, from any liability by virtue of any blurring, distortion, alteration, optical illusion, or use in composite form whether intentional or otherwise, that may occur or be created in the taking of your photo or in any subsequent processing thereof, as well as any publication thereof, including, without limitation, any claims for libel or invasion of privacy. You hereby affirm that you have read the above Terms and Conditions and you fully understand the contents thereof. These Terms and Conditions shall be binding upon you and your respective heirs, legal representatives and assigns.
