Eligibility: To enter the “Auto Value/Bumper to Bumper Automotive Experts Radio Network Sweepstakes” (the “Promotion”), you must (a) be a lawful permanent resident of the United States, District of Columbia or Canada (excluding Quebec); and (b) be of legal age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence (and at least 18 years of age or older in the US) at the time of entry, and have an active email account and Internet access prior to the start of the Promotion Period. This Promotion is void outside the 50 United States, District of Columbia, Canada (including Quebec), and where prohibited or restricted by law. This Promotion and any website pages and advertisements relating thereto are intended for viewing only within the United States, District of Columbia and Canada (excluding Quebec). Employees, officers, directors and agents of Aftermarket Auto Parts Alliance, Inc., Auto Value / Bumper to Bumper – a Division of Aftermarket Auto Parts Alliance, Inc. (“Sponsor”) and The Automotive Experts Radio Network – an entity of NetCom Sales Strategies, and its parents, shareholders, subsidiaries, affiliates, retailers and advertising or promotion agencies and vendors involved in this Promotion (collectively, “Promotion Entities”), and the immediate family (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and household members of all such persons, whether or not related, are not eligible to participate in this Promotion.

Promotion Period: Promotion begins at 11:59 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on January 15, 2010 and ends at 11:59 AM ET on March 26, 2010 (“Promotion Period”).

To enter the Sweepstakes: To enter online, visit www.800autotalk.com during the Promotion Period and follow the directions provided on the Sweepstakes icon and web pages to complete and submit an entry form to receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Limit one (1) Sweepstakes entry per person, per email address and per household per day, regardless of method of entry. Sweepstakes entries from any person, email address or household in excess of the stated daily limitation will be void.

Entries generated by script, macro or other automated or mechanical means and entries by any means which subvert the participation process will be void. All Sweepstakes entries must be submitted by the promotion period deadline to be eligible. Prizes are subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules.

When you enter the Promotion, you can also opt-in to receive promotional offers and emails from Sponsors. You can opt-out of receiving such offers and emails at any time and opting-in does not impact your chances of winning.

In the event of a dispute as to who submitted an online Sweepstakes entry, entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at time of participation and he/she must comply with these Official Rules. The authorized account holder is defined as the natural person who is assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses or the domain associated with the submitted email address.

Sweepstakes Drawing: One (1) potential first place prize (the “1st Place Prize”) and five (5) potential second place prize (the “2nd Place Prize”) winners (“Winners”) will be selected in a random drawing on or about April 5, 2010 from all eligible entries received for the entire Promotion Period. Drawing will be conducted by an independent agency whose decisions will be final and binding in all matters relating to this Promotion. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Sweepstakes Prizes:
First Place Prize: One (1) 1st Place Prize will be awarded and consist of one (1) Sony BRAVIA Home Theater System (5.1 channel surround sound); Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) is $400USD. Second Place Prize: Five (5) 2nd Place Prizes will be awarded and consist of one (1) iHome Speaker Case (portable speaker system for iPhone and iPod); Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) is $200USD. No substitutions, cash equivalents, or transfers of prize permitted by Winners. Sponsors reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value. All federal, state and local taxes and all other costs and expenses associated with the acceptance and use of prizes not specifically set forth herein as being provided is the responsibility of winners.

Winner Notification:
Potential prize Winners will be notified within forty-eight (48) hours of the Sweepstakes drawing by e-mail (at the e-mail address provided on the entrant's Entry). Prospective winners may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and mutually acceptable liability release and publicity release (where permitted by law) within forty-eight (48) hours after notice is sent, or the prize will be forfeited in its entirety and an alternate winner selected.

Promotion Conditions: This Promotion is subject to these Official Rules and all applicable federal, state, provincial and local laws and regulations (collectively “Rules and Laws”). Winner's acceptance of the prize constitutes permission of such participant for Sponsor and its designees to use, without notice, permission or further compensation, worldwide, and in perpetuity, in any and all forms of media, now known and hereafter devised, including, without limitation, on the Sponsor website, winner's first name, last name, city and state, photograph, likeness, voice, and/or voice likeness for purposes of advertising, trade, promotion and publicity. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion; to be acting in violation of these Official Rules, or to be acting in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person; and all associated Entries will be void. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY'S FEES) FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, AND TO NOTIFY LAW ENFORCEMENT AUTHORITIES WHO MAY PURSUE CRIMINAL PROSECUTION. In the event Sponsor is prevented from continuing with this Promotion (or any portion thereof), or the integrity and/or feasibility of the Promotion (or any portion thereof) is undermined by any event or cause (each a “Force Majeure” event), Sponsor shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to abbreviate, modify, suspend, cancel or terminate the Promotion without notice or further obligation. If the Sponsor, in its discretion, elects to abbreviate the Promotion (or any portion thereof) as a result of a Force Majeure event, the Sponsor reserves the right, but shall have no obligation, to award the prize for the drawing at issue from among all non-suspect eligible Entries received for such drawing up to the time of such Force Majeure event.

If due to a computer, network, seeding, technical, mechanical, human, programming or other error, more prizes are claimed for any day than are intended to be awarded for that day, Sponsor reserves the right to award the stated prize for the day(s) at issue in a random drawing from among all valid prize claims received for such prize. In no event will Sponsor be liable for more than the stated number of prizes.

Limitations of Liability: By submitting an Entry, each entrant agrees and acknowledges to be bound by the Rules and Laws, as well as the decisions of Sponsor, whose decision shall be binding and final; to waive any rights to claim ambiguity with the Rules and Laws, and that Promotion Entities shall have no responsibility or liability (including, but not limited to, liability for any property loss, damage, personal injury or death) in connection with: participation in Promotion; acceptance/possession (including, but not limited to, delays by shipping companies), defects, and/or use/misuse of a prize; human error; incorrect or inaccurate transcription of Entry information; typographical, printing or other error in the printing of these Official Rules or in any Promotion-related information; administration of the Promotion, the processing of Entries or in the announcement of prizes (including such error as may give an erroneous indication that a prize has been won); any technical malfunctions of the telephone network, computer online system, computer equipment, or software utilized by the Promotion; or any hardware or software compatibility problems on account of technical problems or human error, or combination thereof; any lost/delayed data transmissions, omissions, interruptions, defects; and/or any other errors or malfunctions, even if caused by the negligence of one of the Promotion Entities. Each entrant further agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Promotion Entities from any and all injuries, losses, damages, claims, actions or any liability resulting or arising from participation in this Promotion or acceptance, possession or use of prize, and to release all rights to bring any claim, action or proceeding against Promotion Entities. Promotion Entities shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, expense, accident, delay, inconvenience or irregularity that may be caused or contributed to (1) by any wrongful, negligent or unauthorized act or omission on the part of any of their agents, servants, employees or independent contractors; (2) by any wrongful, negligent or unauthorized act or omission on the part of any other person or entity not an employee of Sponsor; or (3) by any other cause, condition or event whatsoever beyond the control of Sponsor or its parents, subsidiaries and affiliated companies. Winners and all entrants, as a condition of entry into the Promotion, agree to release Sponsor and their respective members, managers and affiliates and their respective parents, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, suppliers, distributors and advertising, promotional and judging agencies and their respective officers, directors, shareholders, members, employees, agents, assigns, and all others associated with the development, evolvement and execution of this Promotion from and against any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons or property which may be sustained in connection with submitting an entry or otherwise participating in any aspect of the Promotion, the receipt, ownership or use of prize awarded, or while preparing for, participating in or traveling to or from any prize-related activity or any typographical or other error in these Official Rules or the announcement of offering of any prize.
